These terms are an agreement between you and GymStreak Ltd, trading as GymStreak Labs ("we", "us"), for your use of Skin Girlie, our skincare chat app (the "App"). By using the App you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
1. What Skin Girlie is
Skin Girlie is a skincare chat. You can ask skincare questions, build a morning and night routine, scan product labels, keep a shelf of your products, track your progress with optional selfies and check in with friends in a Glow Squad.
2. Cosmetic tips, not medical advice

Skin Girlie gives general cosmetic skincare tips. It is not a medical device and it doesn't diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.

Answers are written by AI and can be wrong or incomplete. Check a product's own label and instructions, and patch test anything new.

For anything painful, spreading, sudden, bleeding or changing, or if you're pregnant, breastfeeding or using prescription skincare, ask a doctor, dermatologist or pharmacist.

In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
3. Who can use it
You must be at least 13, or 16 where local law requires. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission.
4. Free to use

Free: Skin Girlie is free to use, with no in-app purchases. There are fair-use daily limits on messages and label scans, which reset at midnight.

Sponsored suggestions: the App may in future include clearly labelled sponsored product suggestions.

Changes: we may change the daily limits or features. If we ever add paid features, their prices and terms are shown in the App before you buy.
In a Glow Squad, other members see your first name, check-ins, streak and the messages you post. Please be kind. You agree not to:

harass, bully, threaten or shame anyone, or post hateful, sexual or illegal content;

share someone else's photos or personal information without their permission;

post spam, promote products for money, or impersonate anyone;

misuse the App, try to get around its limits, or copy, reverse engineer or disrupt it.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Messages are checked before they're posted. You can report a message, block a member or leave a squad in the App, and we review reports within 24 hours. We may remove content and limit or close accounts that break these rules.
6. Your content

You own what you put into the App: your messages, photos, notes and squad posts.

You give us permission to store and process it only to run the App for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Don't upload anything you don't have the right to share.
7. Our app
The App, its design, code, name, logo and content belong to us and our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, under these terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/). If the two conflict, these terms apply.
8. Third-party products
Skin Girlie may mention or suggest products made by others, including sponsored suggestions. We don't make or sell those products and aren't responsible for them. Always read the product's label before you use it.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
10. Availability and changes
We work to keep Skin Girlie running, but it may sometimes be unavailable, and we may change or remove features. If we stop offering the App, we'll give you reasonable notice where we can.
11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Otherwise, the App is provided "as is" and, to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses that weren't reasonably foreseeable, for a reaction to a product you chose to use, or for business losses.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Ending
You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you in the App before it applies. If you keep using the App after that, the new terms apply.
14. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you keep the protection of your local consumer law and can bring a claim in your local courts.
